Lakeside World Darts runner-up Phill Nixon has been made an honorary member of Durham County Cricket Club.
Nixon enthralled a BBC TV audience which peaked at five million by coming back from the dead at 6-0 down against Martin Adams to pull level before narrowly losing 7-6.
The 50-year-old darts player from Ferryhill said: "The attention has been unbelievable since the final and being presented with this membership is fantastic.
